  • Find and develop relationships with prospects within North America  that could benefit from our platform.
  • Understand the online reputation management needs of prospects and communicate how our firm can help meet those needs

  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage information on prospects

 

As the next Reputation Shielder Inside/Outside Sales North America SaaS, you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, science, mathematics, business or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability in organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience with online subscription / SaaS products is a must
  • Energetic extroverted personality–you love working with customers and are customer obsessed
  • Ability to quickly grasp and succinctly explain technological and business concepts

As an Account Manager, you are that nimble sales professional that can proactively succeed in developing new business and in managing existing Reputation Shielder client relationships. This role includes collaboration with clients through analyzing processes and use cases,  then presenting technology solutions that solve business problems, optimize web presence, and improve content management efficiency.

You possess high positive energy and love to work with customers and make them successful. You are an expert in social media and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You are a diligent worker, technically savvy, a problem solver, and do whatever it takes to deliver value to businesses. You must be able to clearly understand business needs and articulate Reputation Shielder value proposition. As the next Reputation Shielder Account Manager,  you will:

  • Upsell accounts and increase product footprint
  • Achieve expected sales quota
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Identify new cross-departmental opportunities within large accounts
  • Analyzing client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs
  • Solution based selling techniques with a consultative approach
  • Responsible for client retention.
  • Processing of renewal contracts within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans

 

As the next Reputation Shielder Account Manager, you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, science, mathematics, business or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in professional services or B2B account management
  • Proven ability in organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CX/SEM/SEO/advertising/social media
  • Technical experience or aptitude in working with SaaS platform configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with online subscription / SaaS products is a must
  • Energetic extroverted personality–you love working with customers and are customer obsessed
  • Enthusiasm for troubleshooting issues; excited to learn and use new products/features
  • Ability to quickly grasp and succinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise customer relationships and delivering results
  • Ability to stay calm and manage clients even under adverse conditions
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Diligence and organization in follow-up processes – document all calls/customer interactions in HubSpot CRM

Reputation Shielder, Inc, is looking for experienced SaaS Product/Sales Specialist to focus on our implementation and customization services for our clients of Reputation Shielder. Our professional services offerings include consulting, application development & customization services, implementation services, and optimization services.

The SaaS Product/Sales Specialist identifies new prospects by developing and expanding relationships with C-level functional and IT executives within those accounts. As well as, identifies possible integrations with our platform with our prospects and existing clients. The goal is to drive net new revenue for the company and each Product/Sales Specialist will have a defined targets and associated compensation plan with incentives for achieving and exceeding the targets. The SaaS Product/Sales Specialist will be viewed within his/her accounts as a client advisor for Reputation Shielder Inc.

As the next Reputation Shielder SaaS Product/Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with clients that convert business needs into revenue generating opportunities.
    • Position the Reputation Shielder Services Value Proposition to clients
    • Build and manage relationships with business unit departments within Reputation Shielder
    • Acquire proper level of knowledge for appropriate Reputation Shielder product and solution offerings.
    • Understand how to manage resources within the organization to maximize the best use of talents and skills.
    • Develop skill set by participating in required education during the calendar year.
    • Perform all administrative responsibilities in a timely manner in order to meet expectations of forecast and expense reporting.
    • Works on a team with other Sales resources, System Engineers, and Service Delivery Managers and accepts direction from Sales VP.
    • A wide-range of business experience uses professional concepts, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
    • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
    • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
    • Communicate effectively to leadership the status of your business, leveraging CRM tools, Account Plans, Pursuit plans, and other tools as necessary
    • Concrete examples of sales experiences as a “hunter”, within the target solution and client group

  • Manage the full life cycle of Reputation Shielder’s clients – onboarding, training, management and growth
  • Develop deep understanding of the online reputation needs of the client’s business and plan for their long term success with Reputation Shielder
  • Perform technical configuration of Reputation Shielder platform based on client needs; coordinate with engineering and offshore teams as needed
  • Demonstrate and train customer on value of the Reputation Shielder platform with periodic check-in calls, and program health reviews
  • Take proactive action with fast turnaround on all customer issues and questions
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate such risks
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Reputation Shielder can better serve our enterprise business clients
  • Drive a high renewal rate and identify potential areas for growth within Reputation Shielder (up-selling)
